The Coffeehouse is now open Friday-Sunday Nights.
Stop by for vegetarian snacks, soft drinks, fair-trade organic coffee, music, performance art, and conversation with friends. We will be hosting an open stage on Sunday evenings from 7:30-11:00 p.m. starting in mid-February. We are seeking to create a rich multimedia experience, so please plan on joining us with your paintings, poetry, poses and songs! Check out the Red Herring Website!

Since it's inception in 1967 the Red Herring Coffeehouse has been a key site for people to gather and share songs and poetry from earnest hearts, spilling art as they went to mark their path.

How will it look in 2009?

we have a:
stage
sound system
dance floor
dining tables
certified kitchen
history of rabble rousing...

...and we plan to use them!
